About Coyol Rising

Coyol Rising is named after the powerful story and symbolism of Coyolxauhqui, the
Mexica/Aztec moon goddess, whose narrative represents the cycles of loss, death growth,
renewal and abundance. Her story is one of transformation; a reminder that all of us experience
seasons of pause, reflection, and the opportunity to rebuild stronger than before.
At the heart of my work lies the belief that clarity is a prerequisite for transformative learning.
Through intentional learning, unlearning, and relearning, we uncover deeper truths about
ourselves and how we show up for the people and communities we serve. Whether you are a
leader, educator, or changemaker, bracing this journey allows you to better support yourself,
your family, your clients, employees, students, or your broader community.
Coyol Rising is within all of us; the inner call to action that pushes us to grow, heal, and thrive.
My keynotes, workshops, and consultations shed light on this continuum of work, empowering
individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential through understanding and
transformation.

Partner with me to explore the power of reflection, social awareness, and actionable change.
Together, we can create a stronger, more connected community.
